Are you silently suffering from anxiety?
*Do you constantly feel like something bad is going to happen?
*Do you find it hard to sleep, or the opposite – cant get enough sleep?
*Do you avoid certain situations because you’re afraid of having a panic attack or being so anxious that you’ll struggle to function?
*Is there something you wish you could do but you can’t because of how you feel?
If the answer to any of these questions is yes, your nervous system could be struggling to help you self-regulate.
Fortunately, there is something we can do about that – together, we can show your body and brain that the worst isn’t going to happen and all that adrenaline and doubt isn’t needed.
