It’s honestly hard to put into words how grateful we are for the impact they’ve had on our family. The way they show up - real, raw, and vulnerable online isn’t just inspiring… it truly encourages us and many to keep going and growing in ways we never expected.

So thankful for people who share their journey so openly and make space for others to learn alongside them 🌱

Praise God! He is faithful in every season, and His promises and miracles never cease 🙏🏻

Sweetpea is an amazing Mumma! We’re so excited to begin enjoying her milk and learning how to make cheese from the very “dangerous” milk 😉

Barbara and daughter Jess picked some Marshmallow this morning to demonstrate how to confidently identify it 🌿

Marshmallow (Althaea officinalis) is traditionally used for its demulcent properties - meaning it moistens and soothes internal tissues. It contains mucilage, a gel-like compound that swells in water and coats irritated membranes.

This makes it particularly helpful for:

• Dry coughs and sore throats
• Gastritis, reflux, and gut irritation
• Urinary tract inflammation
• Sensitive or reactive skin

It’s a wonderful reminder that some of the most powerful remedies are the gentlest ones 💚
