It’s taken 7 years of perimenopause and now I’m on the other side, two years post menopause, and after years of feeling like this was “life” now, I figured out how to get on top of my symptoms, which you can see in the first picture… bloating, high blood pressure and prediabetes -even though I work in fitness and eat healthy food most of the time. I just want other women to know that it is possible to feel better again. Don’t give up hope, keep trying and eventually you will find what works for you. In fact, my own journey has helped me enormously to support other women in my line of work who are going through the same or similar.
