I’ve used yoga to ease my aches and pains over the years despite being told I need neck surgery, back surgery, hip surgery, prescribed painkillers and nerve deadening antidepressants …..none of which I took. I am so pleased that I believed in my yoga. For me pranayama was the best pain relief ever.

So excited to be running a back, neck and shoulder yoga led class this Wednesday.

Learn some postures that could relieve tightness, discomfort and increase your mobility and flexibility. A full 1.5 hours of postures to release the cohesion. You can join in as much, or as little as you need to during this hour and a half. No yoga experience necessary.
