HypoTone and MamaTone classes are taught by an NMC registered midwife who is also a level 3 personal trainer with over a decade training and experience in pre/post-natal exercise. MamaTone classes aim to keep women fit throughout pregnancy and labour. Whether it is introducing you to exercise or continuing your fitness journey safely, we welcome all abilities and the majority of pregnancy 'risk factors'. HypoTone is exercise for post-natal recovery, core stability, pelvic floor strength & tone and a safe return to exercise. Pelvic health and metal wellbeing is vital to the health and fitness journey.

This movement can be done in early labour to help keep you active, help open open the hip flexors, use the glutes and relieve the heaviness. It really is lush!

🌟 TIP; If you don’t have access to a TRX, use a knotted bedsheet over a closed door, hold on and squat…. This will help keep you at home for a little longer in early labour.
