Each stone represents a different emotion and offers a simple way to reflect on how we’re feeling. Sometimes choosing a stone can be easier than finding the words.

It’s a small but powerful way to pause, recognise emotions, and start meaningful conversations.

Being a student at Mindspace comes with plenty of little perks that make your learning experience even better!

This half day online CPD workshop is open to all, including counsellors working with clients with disabilities.

'Making Space at the Table: The Ableism We Carry' is a workshop all about working with disability in therapeutic spaces.
