I tailor my massage treatments to each client's needs, whether these are pure relaxation, or a clinical massage to address the muscular causes of back and neck pain, headaches, stress etc. I have over 10 years experience in massage and having trained at a 5 star spa, run a salon and taught massage at college, I have now completed my degree level course in clinical massage. My massage treatments range from pure relaxation through to clinical massage, addressing the muscular causes of back, shoulder and neck pain, headaches and migraines, and stress to name but a few. Every treatment is tailored to your needs, so I can incorporate both relaxing and clinical massage techniques into each treatment. I also incorporate fascia therapy (unlocking the connective tissue under the skin, which can relax contracted muscles underneath). If it's pure relaxation you're after, I offer aromatherapy massage with hot and cold stones, Neal's Yard facials, manicures and pedicures. And for the mum's-to-be out there, I offer pregnancy massage to help ease the strains that your body is under during pregnancy..
