First aid Friday β›‘οΈπŸš‘
So, as a First Aid trainer I teach people what to if their baby or child is choking. Just now in the (stationary) car, my 3.5 yr old daughter was eating a few jelly sweets and all of a sudden made an awful gurgling noise. I looked back and could see she was struggling to breathe. 😲 Total panic set in even though I know what to do! So I leapt out and ripped the car door open ready to administer back blows. Luckily she managed to cough it up on her own, but it was so scary! 😒😱
If you aren't sure of the correct procedure relating to choking, please book yourself onto one of my courses!
