Big congratulations to Alice Gaitskell for graduating from Worcester Uni. You’ve been a great addition to the team at Optimal over the last few weeks.

Alice and Maria joined Seb at Revive+Thrive, the health and wellness show at the Apollo. It was a nice day meeting lots of new local businesses and new people.

Welcome Alice to the Optimal Team 😀

Alice is a qualified Sports Therapist, recently graduating from the University of Worcester with a strong foundation in injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation. She has gained valuable hands-on experience working with athletes at both Aldershot Town FC and Tottonians RFC. Alice is passionate about helping individuals return to full function through evidence-based rehabilitation and personalised care. Her main clinical interests include soft tissue therapy, functional movement retraining and performance enhancement.
