📌 Cancellation Policy Reminder
We’ve recently had a high number of last-minute cancellations, so we’d like to remind everyone of our cancellation policy.
As self-employed professionals, cancellations directly affect our income. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for you. Often we turn away other clients who could have taken that slot. Last-minute cancellations make it very difficult to refill those appointments.
We completely understand that unexpected things come up, especially during the summer. However, this is our full-time livelihood, and with added seasonal expenses like holiday clubs for children, it’s important we cover our outgoings.
For this reason, we’ll be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy over the next 6 weeks.
