THE MAGIC OF MUM & BABY YOGA 💫
Whether you have never done yoga before or are a seasoned yogi, all Mums and babies can benefit from yogabellies classes:
(1) Supports postnatal recovery through restorative poses and by focusing on strengthening the BAPs (Back, Abs and Pelvis)
(2) Supports baby’s development through poses which help build physical flexibility and coordination whilst engaging baby through singing and sensory
(3) A bonding experience for you and baby; most baby classes or postnatal fitness classes focus on EITHER baby or Mum. Yogabellies classes focus on BOTH, through moving and stretching together
(4) FUN!! Classes are friendly, relaxed and fun- there is no pressure to follow along whatsoever, just do whatever you and baby need
(5) Each session includes relaxation for Mum and baby, amongst twinkling fairly lights and aromatherapy
