Come along to our Showcase Week, where everyone is welcome - members and non-members alike. It's the perfect opportunity to explore the club, try something new, and experience everything we have to offer.
Throughout the week you can enjoy Body MOTs, trial classes, free 30-minute personal training sessions, and tennis and pickleball court trials.
Body MOTS
Get a deeper understanding of your health with a Body
MOT assessment. We'll provide a breakdown of key health indicators including:
* BMI
* Resting heart rate
* Blood pressure
* Waist-to-hip ratio
This assessment will help you gain valuable insight into your current fitness and overall health.
Trial Classes
We'll be running a variety of new and favourite classes throughout the week. From Spin and Aqua to Skip and Plyometrics, it's a great chance to try something different and find the classes that suit you best.
Free 30-Minute Personal Training Sessions
Our Personal Trainers will be available for complimentary
30-minute sessions, offering personalised guidance, advice, and workouts tailored to you.
Tennis & Pickleball Trials
Interested in racket sports? Book a court at the leisure desk and give tennis or pickleball a try. Whether you're returning to the sport or picking up a racket for the first time, everyone is welcome.
