1. Learning to pour a little more into my own cup this month with some sporadic child free time🚶🏼‍♀️
2. We're SO close to our garden finally being complete after 4 years ☀️
3. Growing our own veggies has been so much fun and seeing the kids eat them is the best feeling 🍅🥒

The perfect time to reflect 🥂

Although some of my achievements may seem small to others, to me they’ve exceeded all expectations!

Starting this business while on maternity leave (caring for a six-month-old and a three-year-old) was honestly a bit WILD! And just to add to the mix, I also took on a part-time NHS job, which I LOVE!

Balancing and transitioning between all my roles is INTENSE, and finding time for myself is still an ongoing challenge. But I continue to persevere, to show up for myself, and to be the best role model I can for my children.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported me - whether by booking an appointment, sharing, liking, or commenting on my posts. I love you all🤍

They are long-chain nucleotides derived from fish DNA fragments that are similar to human DNA. They are injected into the skin and work by stimulating fibroblasts (cells that produce collagen and maintain skin structure), which leads to increased collagen production.

Results of the initial treatment are likely to be seen after a few weeks. However, a course of 3 or 4 treatments, based on individual skin health and concerns, spread out over monthly intervals is recommended for optimal results. Maintenance treatments would then be required every 6-12 months.
