Body Perfect Pilates is a boutique studio in Basingstoke, Hampshire, offering Pilates Equipment classes. Coming to grips with these weird and wonderful machines such as the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Combo Chair and Ladder Barrel is not rocket science and you will come out feeling and looking better. They use springs and can provide assistance or resistance facilitating each movement by making it ea

sier or harder, depending on your needs, goals or ability. Studio Pilates is used by renowned international athletes from a variety of sports to build greater flexibility, suppleness, co-ordination, core strength and as an injury prevention or rehabilitation. It is also beneficial for mothers at pre and post natal stages. Pilates was created by a man called Joseph Pilates who designed all the apparatus and created all the exercises. Pilates kept up his practice until he passed on at the age of 83.

Happy International Pilates Day! A huge 🙌 to all the wonderful certified Pilates Instructors out there!

These past couple of months have been busy at the studio. I don’t post often as I prefer face to face in the studio to social media. If you are keen to find out what we offer please get in touch!

I’ve also been busy outside of the studio completing the Brighton Marathon and raising over £2000 for Prostate Cancer Research. We also managed an Easter trip to Scotland hiking.
