Reflexology is a technique that deals with the principle that there are reflexes in the feet that correspond to all the organs, glands, and parts of the body. With stress a contributory factor in 75% of illness diagnosed, reflexology is one of the ways to mitigate the stresses of modern life. It is suitable for both men and women of all ages and is used to bring relief from a wide range of conditions including:

• Back pain
• Headaches/migraines
• Fertility issues
• Sleep disorders
• Hormonal imbalances

I practice from my own treatment room in Basingstoke (RG21 3LL). I am fully insured and successfully passed my one year diploma with the International Institute of Reflexology (IIR).
