And just like that it’s the last day of November 🌲and tomorrow is our last regular class of the year, before we are back on 15th Dec at 7pm for our festive special.

I hope you all enjoyed doing the bat ballet, the skeleton shake and mummy mash last night. Have a frighteningly good rest of the week!

Just a note that the below dates are likely to be removed based on hospital stays, however as these are dependant on blood counts I will confirm nearer the time in case they get pushed back:

And if you are wondering when the next yoga special is keep the 15th December free for the festive special 🌲 Bookings are already open online

It’s the spooky special tomorrow! 🎃 Are you ready for it?
Come and stir the cauldron, open your wings like a bat, even stretch like a mummy. 🦇 It’s all treats and no tricks! My homegrown pumpkins will even make a guest appearance.
