So this question is for the ladies. I had a baby almost 5 months ago and I am struggling with the neck/back pain breast feeding is causeing me. I cant take the pain medication I normaly do because it gets in my breast milk. But the pain is becoming unbareable. Any tips on how to help with this? I'm fused from T1 to L3.
