Good news my Spin Classes will resume on Thurs 1 July at 7pm. Short term I can only accommodate 9 participants (until further government restrictions are relaxed). If you have existing credit this will only be honoured during July/Aug. From September I will be using a booking app for booking and payment. Until then if you wish to book a space, contact me first, I will confirm availability and hold a place for you but payment must be made in advance £6.50. Payment details will be messaged to you and once payment is made your booking will be confirmed. There will be no cash payments at the class and the credit system will finish on 1 Sept as the booking app is introduced. I am now taking bookings for all sessions in July. Only on these dates will be there be a class:
Thurs 1 July Thurs 8 July
Thurs 15 July Thurs 22 July
Thurs 29 July
All classes start at 7pm sharp, wearing of a mask is required in the centre but not on the bike. You will also be required to scan the QR code via the NHS app as you enter the building. Please bring your own towel and water. Once government restrictions are relaxed to allow me the more participants I’m hoping to add more classes in August.
Once you have paid for your class there is a no refund policy on the day of the class. You can transfer to another class but only if you cancel your place up to 2hours before the original class. If you have credit this is deducted. Late cancellations or withdrawals will not be refunded on the day of the class. I have to do my utmost to fill the class and give everyone the opportunity to attend, so I hope you understand this. Two hours notice does give me time to contact someone on the waiting list but does add additional admin prior to a class. The centre has increased their fees so I have to be sure I can cover them. It is always worth checking for late availability though as often there will be a last minute space available.
All bikes will be cleaned prior to the session, you will be asked to clean your bike after each session with sanitising items.
