I struggled to get out of bed for few years. My health was deteriorating as I caught something really terrible. But I keep showing up however it was possible for my prayer, meditation and some times for classes which I run.
Virtually I was very near to death like experience. I carry deep hope and know everything is folding and unfolding within for a purpose.
Very few people know what I was going through . I put on weight the side effects of medication and depression.
I have bounced back again after each fall I have.
I am experienced coach and can help you to understand your true self. From there you will only see light within which will take you smoothly through your toughest life challenges.
