About the Voice Activation Workshop
The Voice Activation Workshop provides a nurturing group environment to explore your voice’s potential. Guided vocal exercises, meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, and a sound journey are thoughtfully integrated to help you access inner resonance points. Participants are supported in unlocking personal healing and embracing self-discovery throughout the process.

Connection with Nature’s Vibration
As part of the workshop, we will utilise tools that foster connection with the vibration of nature. You will have the opportunity to tune into the resonance of the Earth’s heartbeat, the rhythm of the sky above, and your own heartbeat—experiencing them as a unified, harmonious whole.

What to Bring & Additional Information
Please bring something comfortable to sit on for your own ease during the sessions. Complimentary herbal tea will be provided to enhance your comfort and relaxation.

This is Kristians story, a single father living with a disability, asking for help so he can walk and work again. Please help where you can to support this amazing man 🙏🏻💕

"In 2010, I lost my leg in a serious accident. For many years, a good prosthetic allowed me to live independently, work full-time, and raise my child on my own. I have always been a working man and I want to stay that way.
Unfortunately, my prosthetic has now worn out completely. At the moment, the NHS is unable to provide a replacement, and without a functioning leg I cannot walk properly or return to work. This has left me physically limited and unable to earn, despite having strong skills and the will to work.
I have recently moved into a new home with help from others, so housing is no longer the issue. The real problem is mobility. Without a prosthetic, I cannot take on jobs, travel to work, or support my family through employment.
I am asking for help to: • Fund a high-quality private prosthetic leg
• Regain mobility so I can return to work immediately
• Support myself and my child through honest work, not long-term aid
I am a very experienced handyman with over 20 years of practical experience. I am skilled in electrical work, plumbing, repairs, maintenance, painting, and general property work. If you cannot donate but have work available, I would be deeply grateful for the opportunity.
This appeal is not about charity as a lifestyle — it is about restoring my ability to work, provide, and stand on my own again.

Inspired by the ancient Mesoamerican ritual floor drum known as the Huehuetl, this Ruben Yon'ton invites you to engage in a hands-on experience where you can create your very own hand Drum Chimalli-Huehuetl. The Huehuetl, traditionally considered sacred, was used in various ceremonies to connect participants with the spirit world and honour the rhythms of life.

The Chimalli-Huehuetl, a contemporary adaptation of this ancestral practice, serves as a powerful tool in ritual dances today. In the Nahuatl language, "Chimalli" translates to "shield," symbolising protection, strength, and the ancient warriors associated with the jaguar and eagle. This connection to history and heritage is vital in maintaining Indigenous traditions through modern expressions.

Participating in this workshop not only allows you to craft a unique musical instrument but also deepens your understanding and appreciation for Indigenous ceremonies and their significance in cultural storytelling.
