Sleepless nights. Worries. Fears. All these are for nothing. We let our fears rule us. We let our worries take over when really they are so small. Worrying is natural thing to do but.... we can only handle so much. Too much can affect your health, your mind, your body. And you do not want that. Honestly... the worst case scenario is not what you think. The worst case scenario can manifest itself via rotten luck or circumstances which is not what you want. So.... keep those worries and fears at bay. You can’t change things if they happen. They are part of our growth and evolvement.
