As we approach the Spring Equinox, just a few weeks away I’m so excited to be holding a special slow flow yoga, sound bath & journaling experience inspired by this change in season.

Date:🌸Saturday 21st March 🌸
Time: 10am to 12.30pm
Location: The Roger Morris Community Centre, Eastrop

This mini-retreat morning is an invitation to move softly from winter into spring, to ground into your body through a beginner vinyasa flow, rest deeply in a nourishing sound bath, and reflect through guided journaling on what is ready to bloom in your life.

Spring is a season of awakening, growth, and taking up space, just as nature does so effortlessly. Together, we’ll honour this shift with movement, stillness, and space to reconnect to your own unfolding.

The seasons are a beautiful symphony of life and colour that nature blesses us with, as we move throughout the year 🌿

The turning of time, transitions between this season and the last. A perfect reminder that nothing in this world is permanent 💫 all is ever changing, ever moving, even at a slow and steady pace like the seasons.

In our fast-paced, always-on world, it's easy to feel disconnected, from nature, from our bodies and the changing rhythms of the year.

It is my invitation that you take a moment, a pause in time to stop and notice.
As we are slowly approaching the first signs of spring 🌷

The welcoming of new beginnings, fresh energy and an inner stirring of light, inner tending and watering our seeds for this year ahead.

Hi Friends, I’m Stacey 🌛🖤 for those of you that are new here, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself.

I am a Yoga Teacher, Sound Therapist, and Retreat Host

I’ve been practicing yoga for a decade and the way I practice and teach has changed a lot over time. What started as trying to master poses and push my flexibility, eventually became something much more meaningful.

Instead of asking, “How deep can I go into this shape?” I began asking, “What am I actually feeling?”

That shift changed everything ✨

Yoga became less about performance and more about connection. I started paying attention to my nervous system, my breath, my emotions, not just progressing my flexibility and my fitness.

I learned how to slow down. How to listen. How to respond to my body instead of overriding it.

This work supported me through profound personal change, and it’s the reason I now teach today.

Today, I create spaces where humans can step out of the pressure to constantly do and achieve, and instead reconnect with themselves in a steady, grounded way.

Yoga has such a huge amount of wisdom to offer, if you allow it.
It's more than simply physical movement, but and inward spiritual practice.

Through embodied yoga movement, nervous system regulation, and sound therapy, I guide you back to your body, not to fix it, but to understand it, to listen.

My approach is gentle but honest. Slow but intentional. Rooted in nervous system awareness and self-trust.

I believe healing doesn’t come from forcing or fixing, it comes from learning how to feel safe in your own body again.

If you’re craving space to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels real and sustainable, you’re in the right place.

Sound Healing is so much more than beautiful harmonies, magical sounds and ethereal vibes🌛🖤

There have been extensive scientific studies showing the miraculous affect that sound healing can have on our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

This is because Sound Healing works by slowing down our brainwaves into delta & theta states, these are the brainwaves associated with deep, restorative rest and relaxation.

It's in these states that our body's innate healing capacity becomes activated, as it naturally comes back into homeostasis and it can begin to heal itself on a cellular level. How amazing is that? ✨

Don’t worry, no water involved 😉

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you get to lie down, get comfy, and let sound wash over you. Think soothing vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes surrounding your body and gently guiding you into rest.

You don’t have to “do” anything. No poses. No effort. Just listening.

Sound healing has been used for centuries across different cultures as a way to calm the mind and support the body. Today, many people come to sound baths because they want to slow down, feel grounded, and give their nervous system a break.

This weekly Wednesday evening class is a gentle, nourishing blend of mellow vinyasa flow, deep yin-style stretches and restorative rest, the perfect midweek reset 🌛
