The 3 main steps when treating animals is firstly, lowering my energy and quietly explaining what I’m about to do and seeking ‘permission’ to carry on. Secondly, doing a ‘sweep’ to pick up any obvious areas where the body is drawing energy, and thirdly and most importantly reading body language. Animals are very good at pointing out where they want you to be and when they want you to stop 😁. I treated the lovely Bran recently and you can clearly see that during my ‘sweep’ he stopped eating and paused when I reached the base of his tail, indicating he needed to be grounded. I obviously treat the whole body during each session, but allow the animal to guide me. ❤️

At last! I’ve managed to get myself organised and I’d like to confirm the following dates for my Reiki level 1 courses 😁

Saturday 21st June, Friday 4th July, Saturday 27th September and Saturday 29th November.

I will also be holding a Reiki level 2 course held over 2 days on Friday 17th and Saturday 18th October.

I’m really thrilled that so many of you have been bitten by the ‘Reiki bug’ and are keen to explore how learning Reiki can help your friends and family enjoy the many benefits of energy healing.

CALLING ALL EXPECTANT AND NEW MUMS (AND DADS)😁

From Tuesday 20th May, I will be holding weekly group guided meditation sessions at Cross House in Bramley.

Pregnancy and becoming a mum can sometimes be a very stressful as well as joyful time. Guided Meditation during pregnancy and after giving birth can offer numerous benefits, including calming the mind, reducing the production of stress hormones,
improved sleep, managing mood swings and helping to lower blood pressure.

Why not come along for an hour each week, switch off, relax and take time to escape the ‘real world’ 😁

Such a great day yesterday on the first of this year’s Reiki level 1 course. It was lovely to be surrounded with so much enthusiasm and seeing everyone embrace and experience the benefits of Reiki energy healing 😃.

I’d like to confirm the first date of next years Reiki courses will be held on Saturday 15th February. This will be 1st degree Reiki, level 1. I currently have 2 spaces left available on this date, however, there will be further dates available in March and April for both levels 1 and 2.

Of course I couldn’t visit Springwood Grange without seeing the lovely Really (Keystone for real). Recently retired and loving life, I’m happy to see he’s still very free with his cuddles, love this boy 😍

A first energy healing session recently for the lovely Cola aka Larkshill Millennia at Springwood Grange. She was a very good girl, just a shame I managed to position the camera right by her hay net!!
She drew a lot of energy around the throat chakra, which is fairly common in young competition horses when they’re learning their trade. Once cleared, it gives her the confidence she needs to freely and positively express herself.
