I'm excited to share that I'm collaborating with Chloe Angus 🌱, leadership coach and trainer, to deliver a 2 hour, in person workshop, in Sheffield city centre, which will help you do just that.

I am a registered nutritionist (RNutr) with a wealth of experience supporting people to develop a healthier lifestyle, even when it seems like all hope is lost and nothing has worked in the past! If you want to improve your relationship with food so that you are more confident and free to eat what makes you feel good, my session will support you to build new eating habits and a better mindset around food.
Chloe has a wealth of experience in working with people to remove doubt, fear and unhelpful expectations, to lead their lives in a way that feels true to them. In her session, Chloe will explore how habits define your identity, how by taking control you can build confidence and joy, and how you can make new habits stick.
The session will close with group networking and discussion time, to enable attendees to meet others who are keen to change their habits, mindset and life!
