I am a registered nutritionist (RNutr) with a wealth of experience supporting people to develop a healthier lifestyle, even when it seems like all hope is lost and nothing has worked in the past! If you want to improve your relationship with food so that you are more confident and free to eat what makes you feel good, my session will support you to build new eating habits and a better mindset around food.

Chloe has a wealth of experience in working with people to remove doubt, fear and unhelpful expectations, to lead their lives in a way that feels true to them. In her session, Chloe will explore how habits define your identity, how by taking control you can build confidence and joy, and how you can make new habits stick.

The session will close with group networking and discussion time, to enable attendees to meet others who are keen to change their habits, mindset and life!

Please share this with anyone you think may want to build their confidence and create more healthy habits (let's face it, who doesn't?!).

Any questions, please comment or message me!

Hello!! I’ve not been posting for a while, but I had to come out of hibernation to share this.

I am thrilled to have been interviewed by the incredible writer Sarah Bailey for an article on family dining in today’s The Telegraph.

I am a huge advocate of eating around a table. It has social, nutritional and emotional benefits. I have always aimed to do this with my own family, and I encourage this strategy with my clients too. For weight management, eating socially and mindfully can really help. It can also form part of the solution for picky eaters - kids start to copy other family members if they eat together with them.

Believe me, as a mum of four active kids, I know it’s not always easy to make family dining happen. Here you can see a previous food splattered version of our nightly timetable. You can see I try to find a slot when we can sit down together to eat. The timings are frequently tight and different every night. Some nights we have three sittings at tea, some nights I have a straggler who has to eat on their own. But you don’t need to be perfect, it’s what you do most of the time that matters.

I’m convinced that family dining, whatever ‘family’ and ‘dining’ mean to you, has multiple benefits for health and wellbeing.

Anyone else feel passionate about the importance of sharing the eating experience? If so, please let us know how you make it happen.

And anyone struggling to achieve calm, family mealtimes, do let me know, as I have tips you could try.

Did you know that falling oestrogen increases your risk of heart disease? Most people don’t know this, but it is serious stuff – heart disease kills twice as many women in the UK than breast cancer. I was totally shocked to learn this.

If you want to find out more about how to compensate for the falling oestrogen and reduce your risk of serious health issues, (and it’s not just heart health), then please sign up to my menopause workshop.

It could be the best money you ever spent, it could lengthen your life, how important can this be?! To sign up, go to www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/461722312867

Time: Weds 16th November, 7pm-8.30pm. If you can’t attend, a recording will be distributed after the event to everyone who buys a ticket.
Cost: £35 (plus booking fee)

There will be time for questions, it will be a lively session I’m sure.Sign up today!!!

If you’ve already signed up, thank you, and feel free to submit any questions you have (you can also ask them on the night).

Today is the last day you can book my next menopause workshop at the cheaper price of £25 (full price £35).

We will be discussing “Nutrition and the Menopause: from Hot Flushes to Heart Health” next Wednesday 16th November at 7pm - 8.30pm. If you can’t attend live, there will be a recording and the opportunity to submit questions in advance.

To benefit from the discounted rate, please sign up to my newsletter TODAY by going to my website www.fadfreenutrition.uk/newsletter. If you’re already a subscriber you will have had an email with booking details.

I feel your pain!!! And I can help!

My latest menopause workshop will be on-line, a ram-packed 1.5 hours with time for questions on Wednesday 16th November, 7pm-8.30pm. It’s not a problem if you can’t make it live because the session will be recorded with the option of submitting questions in advance.

What women often don't realise is that falling oestrogen levels not only create unpleasant physical symptoms from insomnia to palpitations, from fatigue to brain fog, but they also affect important aspects of their health, such as bone and heart health, cancer risk, weight gain and anxiety and depression.

My workshop next week highlights the nutritional considerations around menopause which help lower the risk of future health issues aswell as help with the symptoms. It's never too late to change how you eat!

It’s £35 (+ bkg fee) regular rate and £25 (+ bkg fee) discounted rate available for my newsletter subscribers until close of play on Friday 11th November, when it will revert to the full price.

If you haven’t done so already, and want to secure a place at the cheaper price, sign up to my newsletter ASAP on my website www.fadfreenutrition.uk/newsletter. You’ll then receive an email about how to book.

If you are an existing subscriber you will have already had the email, so please sign up today before the discount code expires.

Any questions, please ask.
