🍁Hypnotherapy and clocks going back.🍁

Soon the clocks will go back in the UK and some of us may feel the shift in mood from shorter daylight hours.
Low energy, irritability, and a lack of motivation can sometimes set in linked to reduced light.

This is a good time to prioritize self-care, get outdoors when you can if possible and seek support if you need to.

Hypnotherapy has been shown to help by reducing stress, improving mood, and promoting relaxation.

Through techniques like positive visualizations and cognitive restructuring, hypnotherapy can help you feel more in control of your mood and help you find your sense of balance and indeed happiness during the darker months.
