🎉 Hats off to George 🏆
A massive congratulations to George for conquering an extraordinary challenge! 🚀👏 Yesterday, I was worried about what the relentless challenge was putting his body through, especially with his Achilles and knee screaming out in protest. 🩹❄️
Lots of icing and strategic taping, George powered through the last, and undoubtedly the toughest, stretch of this journey.
💪 His determination is made of steel, and it carried him through every grueling step. Here’s to George, a true inspiration, and a reminder that with determination, even the toughest challenges can be overcome! 🥂

More than half way now ! - observing George today its evident this extreme challenge is taking a toll on his body - surpassing the rigours of any Ironman competition ( his words ) the relentless and extreme sleep deprivation, muscle fatigue and the constant demand for mental resilience is nothing short of daunting. 2 days remaining …. Lots of ice to help with the sports massage in this session to help with muscle soreness and promote recovery along with massage gun and of course bio freeze. This guy is a crazy man (aka George Clack ) and does jumping out of plane for a job. George is going to be doing a charity fund raiser for mental health and cycling for 5 days straight !! 2 hours on 2 hours off non stop for 5 days. I can only imagine the sleep deprivation and muscle fatigue. It will be taking place at Bath Uni from Tuesday 9th January to Saturday 13th January 2024. I will be helping out with much needed sports massage so do come and support will be lovely to see you.
