Quality reassurance with daily notes and monthly care reports. Direct contact with your Personal Carer (no office calls and having to wait for responses for long periods of time). One to one care for your peace of mind. References are available anytime upon request. All Self Employed Personal Care Workers are fully responsible for their own Care Work Insurance, DBS Check, Qualifications, Training, Training records and References, A copy of all the documents are available upon request directly from your Personal Care Worker. Due to the Self Employed status there will be no Management to call to discuss matters once you are allocated a Personal Care Worker, it will be solely the responsibility of your Personal Care Worker to take responsibility of all Care needs/actions/out of hours contact & complaints (if any) etc required during their self employment with you.
