We have a craft sale on Wednesday 27th - this week in Bath Central Library - we are currently fundraising for a new potter's wheel for our Ceramics group.

We have some new ceramic, craft and woodwork items and a gorgeous selection of greeting cards on sale.

Hope to see some friendly faces!

GOALS Achieved - Laurence made a piece of ceramic art inspired by an art piece seen at a recent exhibition at the Victoria Art Gallery in Bath.

Adrian finished his sensory tactile book full of crafts and ceramics that he had created.

Sherry completed her wall hanging, a colourful, beautiful piece of handsewn insects with beads.

Well done all! Lovely work!

Bath Carnival 2025 yesterday was really good fun in the sun.
Our Fig trees, Figs and Wasps all survived the hot sunshine and we drank lots of litres of water between us.

A big well done to all involved and thank you to whoever took the group photo.

Thanks to our team involved in making decorations, costumes and props and also too for a wonderfully organised event that we so much enjoy being part of.

Thank you to the super .bw for the use of your triks and bikes!

The crowd that watched from the sides were buzzing - it was lovely seeing people we knew come out to cheer us on!

Last week Achieve together hosted a football match between England and Wales.

Shane and Jonathan played so well for the English team but alas Wales won the cup.

However Jonathan was awarded the Golden Boot trophy for being his team's highest goal scorer! Well done!

Susan with her wonderful Yinyang sunset/sunrise tropical plate, Andrew's steam train plate is amazing in strong colours and Benjamin's Cakes and Biscuit canvas with mounted ceramics is a treat!

EDS is busy working on Carnival with Hannah an Bryony! We have been busy refreshing and recycling elements of the bike structures we use as they've not had new decorations for a few years, then we'll be starting on our new 2025 costumes.

Watch this space for progress and come and wave at us in Bath on July 12th in the parade!
