🍂 Autumn Forest Blend 🍂

When you’d love a walk in the woods but the weather says otherwise — bring the forest to you! 🌲✨

Blend recipe:
• 3 drops Cedarwood 🌳 – grounding and warm
• 2 drops Cypress 🌿 – fresh and cleansing
• 2 drops Juniper Berry 🍇 – crisp forest air in a bottle
• 1 drop Bitter Orange 🍊 – a hint of autumn sunshine

Diffuse, close your eyes, and imagine soft leaves underfoot and that earthy, peaceful stillness that only the forest can give 🍁

Fun fact: The scent of trees (especially cedar and cypress) releases compounds called phytoncides — nature’s own stress relievers that help lower cortisol and lift your mood. So even when you can’t get to the woods, your diffuser’s got your back 💛

Meet the queen of calm: Lavandula angustifolia — a treasure used for centuries to soothe body and mind

In ancient Rome, lavender was so prized for its scent and healing powers that it was worth more than silver! Roman soldiers even used it to clean wounds and calm nerves before battle 🛡✨

Whether you’re feeling stressed, can’t sleep, or just need a reset, lavender essential oil is your go-to

✨ Try this calming blend at home:

🛁 Lavender Bath Soak for Deep Relaxation

Ingredients:
• 1 cup Epsom salts
• 10 drops Lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia)
• 1 tbsp carrier oil (e.g. jojoba or sweet almond)
• Optional: Dried lavender buds or rose petals 🌸

To use:
Mix everything in a bowl, then sprinkle into a warm bath. Soak for 20–30 minutes. Breathe. Be still. Let lavender do its magic 🪄
