CLOSED FOR STAFF TRAINING
We are closed for staff training - Thursday 11th September 2025 between 1:30 - 6pm. A small number of clinics will still runat Rush Hill, so if you have a prebooked appointment, these will be going ahead as planned.
If you need medical assistance during this time, please call 111 or use 111 online. If you have a medical emergency, please call 999. The surgery will reopen at 8am on Friday 12th September

From the 8th September 2025 the way you request a GP appointment is changing. From this date patients will complete a triage form via our website. If someone you know does not have internet access they can call reception and we will complete this form on their behalf. This new system will help identify how soon a patient needs an appointment. This is just for GP appointments. To request a nurse appointment you will continue to call the surgery.
