Yesterday I was celebrating because It’s official…..I am now an insured Certified Akashic Reiki Practitioner….

Six months ago, I said YES and started a journey, something unknown, something new but that just felt right. I put my trust in myself but also the Melissa Sagir Amos, creator of Akashic Reiki.

This has been a journey of deep self-healing, intense learning, powerful practice and choosing to follow the path/guidance of my soul. I chose Akashic Reiki for me and for my clients.

Sensing I needed to integrate this into my life & my work and share this new way of healing I started to step forwards and open myself up for new experiences and opportunities and challenges.

A month ago, I reached out and had people keen to work with me and experience my integrated Akashic Reiki Packages. But I had to wait!!!

A couple of weeks ago I was very excited as I received my Certificate confirming I had completed my training and passed all the requirements to be a fully-fledged Akashic Reiki Practitioner.
But I still had to keep quiet and be patient as there was one more step before I could honour my training and my clients and start doing this work.

However, yesterday it happened, I received an acceptance letter from my insurance company AND as of TODAY I can offer, practice and promote myself as a CERTIFIED AKASHIC REIKI PRACTITONER.
Words cannot describe how excited I am and how much I love this healing. Using it either in isolation and integrating it with what I currently do is going to be incredible.

It makes my business ‘Body, Mind & Soul Potential’ feel complete.

Last week I felt joy and a sense of wholeness whilst being a Table Assistant on CST2 course, CranioSacral Therapy, in Brighton.

Being reminded that the values of CranioSacral Therapy and Akashic Reiki are so similar: Open heart/Loves transmutes all, Nothing needs fixing/nothing is broken, There is no judgement, Everything is an invitation to healing/growth.

Feeling so lucky to have the teaching and skills to offer and integrate these two wonderful ways of healing alongside Mindful Movement and Physiotherapy..

Working with the core system of the body, connecting to people’s bodies at cellular level, listening to the physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual aspects of their being. And being attuned to the Akashic field acknowledging & honouring their soul journey.

Many people think that science and spirituality are at opposite ends of the scale. Not me...

Last week I really became aware of the duality of this, but also the wholeness that occurs when we work with energy that beautifully integrates and connects science and spirit.

Six years ago I named my business Body, Mind and Soul Potential. It may be a mouthful but it totally explains what I do.

Part of my evolution and growth is to keep learning and updating the therapies I already love and offer.

This time next week I will be in sunny Brighton for a few days.

Not for a holiday but to take up the great opportunity to update my CranioSacral Therapy skills.

I will be assisting an incredible CST instructor, Caroline Barrow, and supporting new students who are learning CST2 for the first time.

Upledger UK provide this unique opportunity as a Table Assistant, helping us healers and therapists to remember what we know (and what we don’t), develop the skills we have, and share the complexity & beauty of this profound therapy.

Every time I put hands on a client it is a new learning experience but to be able to recap, update, and spend time with others who want to learn and make a difference to people’s lives is a real treat.

I think you will agree there is a lot of tension in the world right now and for many people it is not a very happy, peaceful place.

This impacts us all and we can often feel anger, guilt shame as we don’t know what to do.

Working with energy and knowing the impact of higher vibrational emotions what I sense we all need right now is to raise the vibration with LOVE,

So, I am feeling called to do something a bit different, to bring like-minded souls together to connect with and expand the love within themselves, each other, and the world.

On Sunday evening (15th March), I will be leading a FREE online ‘Love transmission’ event, at 7.30pm. I anticipate it will be about 40-50 mins, involving a meditation/activation with gentle movement (in sitting or standing).

Can you imagine waking up every day with a sense that there is a different energy around you.
An energy field that whatever is going on you feel whole, and wrapped in love & understanding.
You feel a connection, an integration, to the past, present & future, all at the same time.
You are safe to be who you are now and you are becoming.

Since our Attunements channelled by Melissa Sagir Amos in Akashic Reiki Levels 1 and 2 this is what is has been like for me. BEAUTIFUL, POWERFUL, EXPANSIVE.
Believe me, it has not been easy, because once you are attuned you start becoming aware of everything you are feeling in your body and the repetitive niggling thoughts in your head.

BUT, when you know you are safe and you can hold yourself in love and non-judgement, you start to see that everything is an invitation for growth & healing.

Everyday I feel full of gratitude that not only I am living this way but that I can now share and integrate the magic of Akashic Reiki alongside all of the other healing modalities I offer.

What if you knew no part of you was broken?

Held in Healing

Yesterday I spent 3hrs in our garden, my sanctuary – my place of healing.
Whilst loving and nurturing the plants I felt as if I was held in a healing space too.
I could ground myself, connect and listen to my soul.

Sometimes though, it’s hard to find that place, especially if we are in pain, feeling stressed, low, or overwhelmed.
It can be hard to connect to that part within us that ‘knows’, our inner wisdom, our divine blueprint, our soul.

You were hoping today would be different, that you’d feel well again, full of energy and ready to face the challenges.

But No, you’ve woken up with that same niggling pain, you already feel stressed and don’t know if you can face everything you’ve got to do today.

You know you’ve got to do something about it, but who can help with this, nobody seems to understand, you don’t want to be a burden and anyway you’ve got a family to look after.

It’s not that you can’t move or do your job but you’re not yourself and even small things are uncomfortable and making you feel overwhelmed. I am excited to announce....the secret is out….Akashic Reiki is here and I am one of the first practitioners of this evolutionary healing modality created by the amazing Melissa Amos.

Over the past three and half months, I have invested a significant amount of time, money and energy to learn something new and exciting.

Something that I did not fully understand, that we had to keep secret, but right from the start resonated with my soul.

I had to trust myself, Melissa, and the process but WOW what a journey.

The foundations/pillars behind this new approach felt as if they were already part of me, something I was remembering, and just reinforced and deepened the way I was living and working.

The principles just naturally integrated into my daily spiritual practice and the protocols continue to deepen and evolve the more I work with them.

This journey has not been easy. It has challenged me personally and professionally, but when you realise that nothing is broken, nothing needs fixing, and you can work & live with love and acceptance, something powerful happens.

Already I have noticed a massive shift in myself that is also affecting my patient/clients and very soon I will be offering Akashic Reiki.
