✨ What it feels like to work with me
People come to me for different reasons.
Some feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure what they need — they just know they need some space.
Others are simply curious… sometimes at a point in life where they’re looking for something more, or feel drawn to try something different.
I offer a few ways to support you, depending on where you’re at:
• Gong baths — a chance to lie down, switch off, and deeply rest, helping to calm your nervous system.
• Forest Therapy sessions — guided time outdoors to slow down, reconnect with your body, and be more present, with a wealth of wellbeing benefits.
• 1:1 coaching (in person or online) — a client-led conversation to help you understand yourself better and move towards what you want your life to look like.
I also run retreats and group experiences from time to time, for those wanting a bit more space to step away and go deeper.
You don’t need to have a clear reason or goal to come along.
If you’re unsure where to start, many people begin with a gong bath — and from there, things often become a bit clearer.
