Come along to one of my groups and let me show you how Slimming World’s healthy eating plan helps you lose weight without counting calories – and without missing out.
Here are some of the swaps I made to help me lose 2st:
One of the biggest surprises I had when joining slimming world was that pasta 🍝, rice 🍚 and potatoes 🥔 were unlimited. (Along with many other foods).
Slimming world encouraged me to learn to cook from scratch rather than just chucking in frozen shop bought foods and 12 years later those new habits are well and truly embedded into me 😍
