Just a reminder that there are no classes this week as I’m off for the Easter break. I’ve been away in Paris for a few days to recharge, and I feel ready to take on the next two weeks with the kids (plus a lot of building work going on at home at the moment!)
I’ll be back next week on Friday the 18th, 9.45-10.45, as well Saturday, from 8.30-9.30 (both at Twerton Village Hall).
Enjoy the rest of your week and the beautiful weather ☀️

I spent some time this morning planning a 1:1 session for a lovely client, and thought I’d take the opportunity to talk a little bit about what you might expect from 1:1 yoga.

Whether you’re a complete beginner, more experienced and looking to develop your practice, or perhaps you just don’t feel confident to join a public class, a 1:1 session is a great way to practise yoga in a way that’s specific to your needs.

We’ll take some time to chat through exactly what you would like from your sessions, and there’s no set amount of classes so you can do as little, or as many, as you like. The sessions can also take place in the comfort of your own home.

If this sounds like something you might be interested in, feel free to send me a message at mila@kulayogabath.co.uk or visit my website (link in bio).

It’s half term this week and my three little monkeys are keeping me busy! Just a reminder that my Friday morning class is on hold until next week, when I’ll be back with my normal timetable. And don’t forget you can now join me for classes twice a week, on Wednesday evenings (19.00-20.00) as well as Friday mornings (9.45-10.45), at Twerton Village Hall.
Enjoy the rest of your week 🌼

We had such a lovely weekend celebrating Esme’s first birthday with friends and family! I felt so many different emotions leading up to it, sad to think I will never experience the newborn phase again, excited to see her grow into the person she will become. It also made me think about my own growth over the past year, too. Being a Mum has changed me in ways I could never have imagined, and with all three births I learnt something new about myself. With Esme, I have fully learnt to embrace and love myself, and all of my wobbly bits, and accept that I will never be the same as I was before I had children. The most important thing to me now is that I am a positive role model for her, and the boys, as they grow up.

Thank you to everyone who joined me for my first yoga workshop on Saturday! I really enjoyed doing a longer practice and being able to incorporate more of the eight limbs of yoga.

My next Saturday morning workshop will be on the 25th of May (9.30-11.00) and is available to book on my website now. (Link in bio)

You can also catch me, as always, this Friday morning at Twerton Village Hall, 9.45-10.45.

Just a reminder that I’m currently off for two weeks with the kids (and Iron Man apparently) so there will be no classes tomorrow or next week.
My first class back will be on Friday 19th of April, and my first Saturday morning workshop will be the following week, on Saturday 27th. These are available to book on my website now!

Wishing you all a lovely rest of the week 🌸

As we celebrate the spring equinox and come into the new season of growth and rebirth, I’ve been thinking a lot about my own personal growth and how I can offer my yoga classes while still making it work for my family and I. I’m enjoying my Friday morning classes so much, and so have decided to add another class to my timetable! This will be a monthly hour and a half Saturday morning practice and will be in the same style as my hatha yoga Friday morning class, but will include a guided meditation and longer relaxation at the end. The first of these Saturday morning workshops will be on the 27th of April, 9.30-11.00 at Twerton Village Hall, and is available to book on my website now.

And just a quick reminder, my Friday morning class will be running as usual on Friday 29th (Good Friday), and then I will be on a two week break for the Easter holidays.

Getting back into teaching after a break has been such an exciting and empowering experience for me! The time I’ve had off has given me the chance to reflect on myself and what I can offer as a teacher. Since having Esme I’ve found my perspective of things has changed a lot, and I have a new confidence in myself and accepting who I am, as I am. Even my body has completely changed and will probably never go back to what it was pre-pregancy, but I think after making three babies it deserves to be embraced!

I’m so grateful for the time I get to have at home with my family, but having that hour to do something for myself every Friday morning has been really fulfilling, and it’s important to me that I am a positive role model for the kids. It’s also been such a joy to reconnect with people after almost a year away!

If you want to join me on the mat you can find me at Twerton Village Hall on Fridays, 9.45-10.45 (link to book in bio). I also have news of a Saturday class coming soon!
