The last two weeks in the Therapy Rooms have warmed my heart. It’s been a while since a little baby girl has attended and it was so special. Her mother was so calm, taking everything in her stride and letting her baby guide our pace. Just beautiful in every way ❤️

What a beautiful time we have had at our therapy rooms this week! Another lovely family crossed our path and behind them left such beautiful memories. This absolutely gorgeous baby was a little inquisitive on week one but by week two he knew exactly what was coming! and was ready and waiting for his massage. His lovely Mum was so open and ready to learn, sharing what she had learnt with her partner at home so they could enjoy the experience together, how wonderful is that! ❤️ It can take time to establish a good time to massage your baby, just like any other routine you have with your little one, but you will find it in your own time, and go on to enjoy all the wonderful benefits it can bring ❤️

This wise little man knows what is good for him. He settled in very quickly for the second week of the Baby Massage Course, he had clearly enjoyed a few massages at home and knew what was coming!
This gorgeous family were an absolute joy and embraced every part of the course with enthusiasm and love ❤️

Today a gorgeous chatty little man visited the Therapy Rooms He was also super relaxed, look at his contented little face 💙 this was down to his lovely mum being so relaxed and open, she picked up the baby massage routine and strokes with ease and confidence. Can’t wait for our second session!

Fast Forward …. 12 months to the day. This gorgeous little person was so open to receiving his first ever massage from his lovely Mum , I knew then that this was going to be a very positive and beautiful journey. And it has been! 12 months on and just look at him !!! 💙 He’s so relaxed and very much in the moment. Massage is now very much part of his evening routine, a very relaxing way to end the day. Introducing Baby Massage at a young age can bring so many benefits.
