I am so aware that this doesn’t really mean anything, however seeing the growth on YouTube the past month has been mad! The algorithm has been very good to me and it’s mind blowing that over 100 people subscribe to listen to me chat to people about mental health!

There is such a long way to go and I just wanted to say thank you to anyone that’s has shared anything it listened! Got so much exciting content to continue coming out this year so make sure you are subscribed and keep sharing so we can change the stigma around mental health.
