Meet our new therapist

Hello, I’m Gaëlle Berthier, a Registered Nutritional Therapist (mBANT, rCNHC) with a focus on liver health.
Why the liver? Because it plays a central role in digestion, blood sugar balance, hormones, mood and energy. When your liver works better, your whole body does too!

If you have been diagnosed with fatty liver disease or you are experiencing liver-related symptoms like blood sugar imbalance, low energy or digestive discomfort (for example difficulty digesting fats, constipation), I am available for consultations every Monday afternoon.

We won’t talk about strict rules or perfection. It will be about nourishment, practical day-to-day improvements and feeling more confident in how you care for your body.
Together, we will look at your symptoms, lifestyle and goals and then build a realistic, personalised plan that supports how your body is functioning - starting with food and including sleep, stress and movement where relevant.

Every body is unique, and so is every path to feeling better!

Thanks entirely to the support of all our wonderful customers we are still here today, offering natural remedies on the high street, all be it in a larger shop, a few doors up from where we started.
