As women approach perimenopause and menopause, their bodies experience a decline ⬇️ in estrogen levels.

This hormone plays a key role in regulating many bodily functions. Lower estrogen can lead to a range of symptoms, including hot flashes 🔥, night sweats 🔥and 🤪mood swings.

Women may also notice changes in their menstrual cycle, sometimes leading to irregular periods.

In addition to physical changes, many women experience emotional shifts. 🤯Anxiety and mood swings are common during this time.

Dietary changes can help manage these symptoms. Incorporating foods rich in phytoestrogens, such as soy products, flaxseeds and legumes 🫘🫛🥜 can support hormone balance.

Eating plenty of fruits, 🍇🍎🍉🍓vegetables 🥬🥦🥒🥕🥗, and whole grains 🌾 also promotes general health.💞Balancing adrenal levels is essential as well.

Our Story

In my experience individuals become therapist because of their own life journey and I am really no different. Through experiencing difficulties (or lessons) which ever you wish to call them, the modalities I now teach and use, saved me from a very different life and a very different thought process.

I now help my clients, by creating a space for them to discover the “light bulb” moments we all need throughout our lives. I offer support through this transition whether it be emotionally or physically to reach which ever goals they desire.

During my 25 years in clinical practise I have seen so many of the same conditions and because of this, I have now brought my own range of optimal functional Superfoods Blends to market; something which I am extremely proud of.
