Big thanks to for a fantastic photoshoot in the forest the other week.
You just can't beat Qigong outside in nature, and with the hot weather forecast to return, it's good to know the lovely trees will provide shade for my outdoor classes.
Message me for details of my park classes, or why not try my new 8am Friday class George Street, the perfect time to beat the heat and start the day with a Qigong boost.
My regular indoor classes also return this week- look forward to seeing you there!
