Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Stroud and Online Internal Family Systems (IFS) Drop-In Healing Circles this month! We focused on the theme of Courage – an innate quality of Self: a sense of capability and inner strength, taking action and facing what comes your way!

The community turned inside and met parts during a meditation, then represented parts externally on paper, and then had lots of time for sharing.

Here’s Abby handing over your donations at The Long Table Stroud (with the rest covering room hire at the Exchange). £175 this time so around 17 meals paid forward for our community.

We’d love for you to join us in September as we focus on another quality of Self: clarity🧡

It’s been a genuine joy to have held IFS healing circles with Natasha Wilson IFS & IFIO Therapist, UKCP Psychotherapist over the past couple of months. I love being a therapist and am always bowled-over by people’s courage in sharing their inner worlds 🩵

🌞 Courageous Saturday morning at the Stroud IFS Drop-In Healing Circle, with some new faces and lots of heart-centered sharing. 💖

Lovely morning working in Stroud 🥰

Here’s Abby handing over the proceeds from this month’s IFS Drop-In Healing Circles to The Long Table Stroud 💚

A huge thank you to Abby and Karen for holding today’s session with such care and presence — and to Lou, Paul, Jeremy, Julie, and Anna for holding the earlier IFS Healing Circle this month. After taking £75 for room hire, we handed over £80 to give the gift of delicious food to a number of people in our community.

Big love to everyone who comes along, bringing warmth and community — and for taking that Self energy back out into the world. 🌿✨
