When you have been unable to express your emotions, such as anger, as a child, this creates stuck-ness in the mind, body and emotions, and creates tension in the muscles, tendons and ligaments. There maybe underlying irritation and frustration that underpins your emotional state. It can create feelings of depression, anxiety, lack of confidence, disempowerment and has a profound impact on your ability to live a free and harmonious life.
When in balance, anger helps you to express your needs and put down clear boundaries without the need to get angry.
This workshop works on releasing and clearing stuck anger in the body, removing tension, opening up flow of vital life force which brings inner strength, positivity and vitality. You will find greater relaxation in yourself, better self expression and self empowerment.
