Many of us suffer with back pain for a variety of reasons and it can be so frustrating. This weekend Tune Into Back Pain with Emma when she will cut through the noise and focus on what really helps.

You’ll learn about current evidence as well as practical strategies to help you understand your body better and break free from feeling stuck or uncertain. It is a journey of discovering what is possible for you and to help you to feel more comfortable moving without worry or restrictions.

This workshop is for people with chronic or recurring back pain (from a few weeks to months or years) who want to stay active and make progress.

Parent + Baby yoga is back - starts Monday 12 January 1-2pm.

This 4 week course with is such a wonderful addition to postnatal wellbeing for you and your little one. The experience of movement combined with touch is one of the richest stimulation we can offer babies from birth. Enjoy the movement of flowing postures, holding, touch and deep relaxation at a pace at which your baby can absorb and integrate it.

Motherhood is filled with joyful moments, but it can also be exhausting and overwhelming, so whilst coffee may seem like the answer some days why not find some peacefulness on a yoga mat and the invaluable company of others going through the same peaks and troughs.

The start of the year can often feel like the darkest time when we live in a bright, light, busy world that flourishes on productivity, but darkness is not a failure. The gentle withdrawal and return of light shows us that nothing in nature rushes. These months are the time to slow and resist the temptation to try and rush the process of turning inwards, they encourages us to rest, soften, to restore and rebalance.

We are open tomorrow and Wednesday morning, then closed for New Years Day on Thursday and back on 2nd of January to welcome you to the start of a new year

In the darkest time of the year the solstice shines bright as a turning point, but Yule is a season, not just one day. It is a festival of the midwinter sun when nights are at their longest, a sacred pause for reflection, protection and renewal for the coming year.

Let’s gather together in practice over the festive holidays with intention, with love, and with light whether it be in celebration or restoration.

The studio is closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day. There are some changes to the timetable over the next fortnight so please do check the online timetable.
