I'm running an online morning of mindfulness this Sunday the 16th. 10-11.30am. Do come along or share with someone you think may be interested! Thank you. π₯°π
It's for people who already have some experience of mindfulness as there are 3 guided back to back practices. See below for the format.
The mornings are an opportunity for you to take some time to discover more about your experience and cultivate wisdom and compassion. Having time like this I feel is so precious these days in our modern world. A time to turn inwards and just be, no need to achieve or gain anything, just be with what is and meet it with kindness and compassion. And in that meeting a transformation happens, we see more clearly the nature of our experience so we feel more able to make wiser choices for ourselves and others.
During the session I will offer some short reflections and then we will practice together. There is also space to share about your experience. All the meditations will be guided.
I offer this session on a sliding scale basis. Please pay what you can afford between Β£6 and Β£10. Your generosity is much appreciated.
The morning will be as follows:
10.00 am Welcome and introduction.
10.10-10.30 Sitting meditation
10.30-10.45 Mindful walking ( or own personal mindful movement practice)
10.45 Body scan
11.05 Group sharing leading into 5 minute kindness meditation.
11.30 Finish
