On Sunday, Łódź was buzzing with warmth and connection the once again showed that working with the body and face is so much more than aesthetics. It’s about communication through touch, therapy, and mindful presence.

The speakers shared an incredible amount of knowledge from the fascinating YOKOMUKI Facial technique performed in a side-lying position, to insights on how C-section scars can affect facial tension @, and even a neurobiological look at how touch influences the brain, emotions, and our nervous system. There were also inspiring talks on how manual therapy supports hormonal balance and overall wellbeing a beautiful blend of science, intuition, and hands-on wisdom.

What touched me most was the reminder that the face never works alone. Every muscle, every fascia, every breath matters. The way we touch, feel, and look at another person can transform not just the appearance, but the inner state as well. The whole day was filled with inspiration, exchange, and the amazing energy of people who truly love what they do💕
