Bodhiwork Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing and Craniosacral Therapy. My aim is to support the many processes needed to enable health and healing.

Bodhiwork is the name given for my Craniosacral Therapy practice, Somatic Experiencing Trauma Resolution Therapy and Sports Remedial massage. The theme running through my practice is my conviction and experience that both the intricacies of mind and body must be engaged in the process of healing, whether in relation to physical injury or mental trauma. My training in various techniques means I can blend them together to match the needs of my clients on their personal journey to health.
