It’s World Mental Health Day

Today, we’re shining a light on the important link between mental health and dementia.

💜Untreated depression has been identified as a risk factor for developing dementia.

💜At the same time, mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression are common for people living with dementia and their families.

By supporting mental wellbeing at every stage of life, we can help protect brain health and improve quality of life for everyone affected by dementia.

Let's keep talking and make sure no one faces their challenges alone.

Gift Aid makes a huge difference to your donation!

The answer is, of course, £50! When you donate £40, it becomes £50 with Gift Aid, at no extra cost to you.

For ReMind UK, that's an extra 25% towards dementia research, diagnosis and support for families living with dementia 💜

If you’re a UK taxpayer, please take a second to tick the Gift Aid box next time you donate.

A big thank you to Bath Urban Treescape for guiding our recent Tree Trail Walk. Despite the changeable weather, the sun came out just in time for the group to explore the many significant trees around the ReMind UK Centre, followed by refreshments, stories and poetry together.

If you’d like to take part in events like this, our next activity will be Team Games in November - a chance to meet others, share experiences and try something new! Full details are available on our website - https://www.reminduk.org/get-support/activities-and-events/

Plus, we have a full programme of events planned for 2026 - more details on the way!
