Ingredients & Energetics
Beef bones – Nourishes Blood and Yin and supports the Kidneys and Liver.
Carrots – Sweet and strengthening; supports the Spleen and Stomach Qi to improve digestion and energy.
Celery – Balances and clears internal heat, supporting the Liver.
Onions – Warms and moves Qi, especially in the Lungs; helps resolve phlegm.
Garlic cloves – Supports Wei Qi (defensive Qi), disperses cold and aids digestion.
Sea salt – Anchors the Yang and supports Kidney function in moderation.
Whole peppercorns – Promotes circulation, and dispels damp cold.
Bay leaves – Moves Qi and supports digestion.
Fresh thyme – Clears dampness from the lungs and strengthens Wei Qi.
