Some of us haven’t properly switched off for monthsâ€ŠđŸ«Ł

Not because you’re not coping. But because life has become mentally full in a way that’s hard to switch off from.

The constant thinking. The remembering everything. The invisible load of holding things together. And over time, even when things are quiet around you
 your mind can still feel busy đŸ€Ż

I see this often in the people I work with. It doesn’t always look like crisis. Sometimes it just looks like functioning while feeling mentally overloaded underneath it all.

For me, walking or just being outside in nature really helps when my mind feels like this 🌿For others it’s: Having a cup of tea, reading a book, going to the gym, baking


So maybe this weekend, try to do one small thing that feels good for you 💛

Small things count more than we think.

The older I get, the more I notice it’s the quieter moments that help the most.

A slower morning, a bit of space to breathe, not needing to do everything at once.

It doesn’t have to be much.
