Yoga is an integral part of my life and I love to share the gifts to mind and body it brings. I attended my first Iyengar yoga class in 2006 and immediately felt a deep sense of coming home. Yoga is transformational and it has been a constant companion to me throughout my busy family life. I love the wholeness of yoga and how it holds everything we need in its practice and study.
