To prepare the body and mind for labour

To heal or deal with pregnancy niggles
To find some peace and quiet (and avoid bedtime with toddlers for one night a week!)
To learn how to deeply relax
To learn tools and techniques for labour
And so many more things I’m sure.
I teach two classes a week in Newbridge, Bath
Wednesdays 7:30-9pm
Thursdays 6-7:30pm
