I will be talking through my top baby and child sleep tips along with a Q&A session for more bespoke sleep questions. I am accredited with the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants and have done in-depth training with The Sleep Charity UK and APSC approved Little Dreams. My approaches are non judgemental, evidence-based, breastfeeding friendly with no need for a cry-it-out method. Join me to find out more about infant sleep and what to expect.”

In this workshop, we will cover how you can safely use homeopathic remedies to soothe issues such as teething, colic, fever and colds. It is aimed to empower parents in helping their little ones using natural remedies.

A huge thanks to Lisa King who ran the Bath Half at the weekend to raise much needed funds for Baby Check Bath.. In Lisas words ‘because I wanted show my gratitude for all the help and support during the 1st few weeks of my daughter’s life.’

‘My daughter was distressed all the time due to difficult birth, cried a lot and was constantly feeding The treatment made a huge difference within a short space of time.’

I was a single mother so finances weren’t great, the fact that the charity was able to help and support with that made such a difference’.



‘Such a great experience for both of us. I am extremely grateful.’
